Westmont

Berkeley St James in association with landowner, Imperial College London, commissioned Pilbrow & Partners to prepare proposals for 544 residential units at Westmont, White City. The scheme was consented in 2018. The site forms an important gateway to the wider White City Opportunity Area Planning Framework and two tall buildings set at the centre of a crescent of accommodation mark the position of the new route to the proposed public park. Pilbrow & Partners worked closely with TfL to integrate future station upgrades to Wood Lane further enhancing access to the new urban quarter.
